Business Project Lead

The Third party services and Deals (3PS) department is a group of committed and enthusiastic employees who give the best of themselves every day to further develop our applications, with a drive for quality and focus on customer experience. What started with offering ticketing for De Lijn and NMBS has now been expended into a wide range of extra services in Mobile. Within this context, we are looking for a motivated and experienced project lead/3th party manager. As a 3rd party manager you will join a very cool mixed business – IT team.

As a 3rd party manager you are responsible for the E2E delivery of new services. You get started with a high level idea (for example: selling train tickets in our apps or a new feature within the deals platform). In collaboration with many parties from our organization (UX, Risk, Legal, Digital Journey Managers, Marketing, ...) you try to make this idea more concrete so that we can effectively integrate it into our Mobile app. Of course, this always takes place in close cooperation with the third party involved
