As Senior Knowledge & learning Analyst you are an important actor of driving the knowledge, the learning and the digital adoption for our Retail Business. You will lead the way changes are translated to the agents by translating the vision of the company into value driven and structured initiatives. You will realize the communication & training of changes for Retail.
By doing this, the analyst is a triple A partner for the internal stakeholders, focused on analysis, leading advise and make it happen.
· You translate the vision of an initiative (project, sprint, ..) into a clear and structured learning & communication approach covering training, knowledge and digital automation.
o You formulate the vision in objectives with measurable benefits (using Rummler intake models,..)
o You highlight the main drivers of success by collecting:
1. The voice of the business sponsors and main stakeholders
2. The voice of the end user
3. The voice of the customers
· You inspire for changes by providing action oriented recommendations. Your conclusions are driven by end-user and customer focus. They are funded on data, indicators, end-user and customer experiences, workshops, surveys, models and metrics. They are documented in precise simple, to the point language. Also you are the inspirator for colleagues within learning métier to continuously challenge and evolve. By doing this you act as a thrusted partner helping others to grow.
· You realize the changes via knowledge and learning methodology in an agile way. You can take the lead and ensure the implementation of the approach from A to Z.
· You prioritize the changes by defining impacts and this for knowledge and learning to ensure business continuity. You always work towards durable solutions.
· You connect the approach and the business. You inform clearly the stakeholders about the value delivered and how it progresses in time. You explain risks and opportunities and your recommendation. You encourage feedback and you are not afraid to challenge others.
· You are a knowledge & learning expert and the voice of the customer and end-user in all you do. You facilitate the communication between different parties involved. At every step, you ensure cross-views are known and appropriately organized.
· You develop yourself, your methods and your tools. You follow the trends within the knowledge and learning domain. You learn and you try (experimenting) ; you try and you learn. You apply and you share.
· You are a proactive challenger : you follow the indicators, you see waste in the process, you anticipate changes and search for improvement opportunities. You think “improvement” driven by customer and end-user point of view. Always with the vision to simplify and durability.
· You monitor and analyze continuously key-indicators for customer experiences and end-user knowledge within Retail.
· You ensure visibility in Call centers (onshore-offshore) and Company Headquarter and give support to internal trainers when offshore activities are required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in the field of Communication, Learning or several years of work experience in these fields.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Trilingual (NL-FR-ENG)
- Experience in Learning domain in a role of trainer, analyst, project manager, copywriting.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP ISU is a plus
- Knowledge of (Retail processes in) the Belgian energy sector is a plus
- High maturity level, Entrepreneur
