Description :

As project manager you are end-to-end responsible for the day-to-day management and the final delivery of a program, including:

Global organization of project work, strategic orientation and planning
Managing of internal project contributors and relationships, driving force in all domains of the project structure
Coordination with international entities

Goal of the mission : Lead transformation & organization program (organization and coordination of projects in accordance to our project management methodology and best practices)

Expected role & responsibilities during the mission: Transversal Program Manager to prepare and deliver highly sensitive organizational and transformation program including finalization of solutions design, deployment of transformation plan, change management, strong stakeholder management
PM will be in charge of providing ExCo members with a local status
